Why We Built It
Leave looks simple until a team grows. Requests arrive by email, balances live in a spreadsheet, and managers approve without knowing who else is away that week. HR ends up answering the same balance questions and reconstructing old decisions from message threads.
We built Holiday Ocean 360 to put the request, the rules and the team picture on one screen, and to keep a record of every decision. Employees get a fast, clear answer. Managers decide with context. HR sets the rules once and lets the system apply them.
Built for the Region, Used Anywhere
We work from the Gulf, so a Sunday-to-Thursday working week, regional public holidays, leave policies per country and a full Arabic interface were requirements from the first day, not later additions. The same platform works for teams anywhere.
