Billing Management
Manage your Holiday Ocean 360 billing in the Stripe customer portal: accepted payment methods, the billing cycle, invoices and how cancellation works.
Billing Management
Holiday Ocean 360 uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Access billing from the Billing page in the sidebar (HR Admin only).
Accessing Billing
Navigate to Billing in the sidebar to manage your subscription:
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| View current plan | See your plan tier, billing cycle, and current usage vs. limits |
| Upgrade or downgrade | Switch to a different plan |
| Manage Billing | Open the Stripe customer portal for payment details, invoices, and cancellation |
Stripe Customer Portal
Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe portal where you can:
- Update payment method — add or replace your credit card
- View invoices — download past invoices as PDFs
- Update billing details — change your billing email or address
- Cancel subscription — revert to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period
The Stripe portal is hosted by Stripe and secured independently. Your payment information never touches Holiday Ocean 360 servers.
Accepted Payment Methods
| Method | Availability |
|---|---|
| Visa | All paid plans |
| Mastercard | All paid plans |
| American Express | All paid plans |
| Invoice payment | Enterprise only — contact us |
Billing Cycle
| Option | Details |
|---|---|
| Monthly billing | Charged on the same day each month |
| Annual billing | Save roughly 33% by prepaying for the year |
| Pro-rated charges | When upgrading mid-cycle, you only pay the difference |
Switch to annual billing from the Billing page to save ~33%. The new cycle starts immediately when you switch.
Invoices
Invoices are generated automatically by Stripe and sent to your billing email. Download past invoices anytime from the Stripe customer portal.
Cancellation
You can cancel your paid plan at any time:
- Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan
- If you exceed Free plan limits, you’ll be prompted to reduce usage
- Your data is never deleted — it remains accessible within Free plan constraints
Cancellation does not delete your data. If you return to a paid plan later, all your historical data, settings, and configurations will still be there.
